Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our updated cancellation policy to ensure clarity and transparency:

1. Cancellation by Traveler
– 60 days or more before departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
– 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
– Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

No-Shows or Unused Services: No refund will be applicable under any circumstance.

Note: The non-refundable deposit amount will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Certain bookings involving flights, accommodations, or third-party vendors may have stricter cancellation terms.

2. Cancellation by Wanderlust
In the rare event that we must cancel your trip (due to unforeseen events, natural disasters, or government regulations), we will provide:
A full refund, or An option to reschedule or transfer your booking to another tour.

3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

4. Trip Modifications
Requests for date or itinerary changes must be made at least 30 days before departure.

Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
